This was our 20th annual convention. Held in Banner Elk at the Best Western Mountain Lodge, the weekend coincided with the public opening of the old school buildings at Cranberry. Lots of structural progress too on the restoration of the Linville Depot next to the Courthouse and the Avery County Museum in Newland.
